Alexander has 20-year experience in trading and asset management in the stock market, as well as in transactions structuring in the M&A market. He is one of the founders of the “Ratsional” Investment Company (1995). During the period from 2000 to 2008, he held the position of the Head of the Department of Stock Exchange Transactions in “Bitza-Invest” Investment Company. During the period from 2008 to 2013 Alexander was the Director General of “Grandis Capital” Investment Company, being one of its shareholders. He has been a part of “Vivait” company since its foundation.
He graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Faculty of History and Postgraduate Studies, and the Higher School of Finance and Management of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He possesses the Master’s Degree in Financial Management.
